INGREDIENTS : easy light pizza dough
250g of flour
15 g fresh baker's yeast
2 c. tablespoons olive oil
½ c. teaspoon salt
1 pinch of sugar

PREPARATION : easy light pizza dough
STEP 1
Heat 2 tbsp. tablespoons of water in a cup. Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Let stand 20 minutes.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, pinch of sugar, olive oil and dissolved yeast. Gradually add 15 ml water while continuing to stir.
STEP 3
Knead the dough until smooth dough that comes off the walls of your dish. Sprinkle it lightly with flour, cover with a cloth and let stand 1 hour before the garnish for the cook
