-2 melons
-1 watermelon
-6 slices of ham
-100 g of lettuce
-16 cherry tomatoes - 16 cubes of cheese
-50 g of crushed hazelnuts
-some mint leaves
Preparation of the recipe:
Seed and make balls of melon and watermelon with a Parisian spoon.
Put it in a bowl and cover it with cling film. Keep that 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Cut the ham into strips and wrap it around the peaks skewers.
In a small bowl place vegetables, feta cheese, hazelnuts on 2 skewers of ham and crushed.
Put the bowl in a large plate hollow. Around this Bowl add the melon and watermelon balls after have drained them.
