Sardines and baked mozzarella baguette



Sardines and baked mozzarella baguette


Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients (for 2 rods):

-2 pre-cooked baguettes

-3 tablespoons of dried tomatoes confit

-1 ball of mozzarella

-a few leaves of Basil

-5 sardines in oil 


Preparation of the recipe:

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (thermostat 6-7).

Place the sticks on a plate covered with baking paper.

Cut edges without going all the way, the wand must be welded to the base. 

Cut into 2 or 3 sardines.

Cut the mozzarella into slices. 

Drop between each stretch of wand, a slice of mozzarella, a piece of sardine and tomato confit some dried. 

Bake 15 minutes.

Place a few leaves of Basil before serving again hot.
