Quick dessert with PEAR



The PEAR may be replaced by Apple, strawberries, raspberries or oranges. There is no specific amount, because I do it by feel. This is my first post, so be forgiving if the recipe is not square.

INGREDIENTS

PEAR (1 to 2 people) according to the size

speculoos

Mascarpone

White cheese

cinnamon

sugar

water



PREPARATION

STEP 1

Peel the pears and cut them into small from. Crush the speculoos, without reducing them to powder.

STEP 2

Heat the water with a little sugar and stop cooking as soon as boiling and you have your syrup.

STEP 3

Mix the cheese and mascarpone (I put no sugar, but if you want...).

STEP 4

Put the crushed in verrines speculoos. Moisten slightly with the syrup obtained.

STEP 5

Put a little mascarpone cheese mixture. Add diced pears.

STEP 6

Still a layer of mascarpone cheese and cinnamon to decorate the top

STEP 7

Put a few minutes in the refrigerator. And that's good appetite!
