Blue of Auvergne and raw ham bagels



INGREDIENTS

4 nature bagels

150 g of blue cheese

4 slices of raw ham

4 large salad leaves (oak leaves)

4 nuts

4 teaspoon walnut oil

pepper




PREPARATION

STEP 1

Open your bagels in half, then place the salad leaves. Pour a tablespoon of Walnut top oil and pepper, but do not salt, because the ham and cheese are already enough. Now garnish with a slice of ham and then big slices of blue cheese. Crush the walnuts and sprinkle in on top of the cheese. Close the bagels and serve.
