Fingers flipped® Tartar and flax seeds

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients (for 6 people):

-2 blocks puff

-250 g of tartar®

-4 tablespoons of flax seeds

-1 egg yolk



Preparation of the recipe:

Cut the pasta turned into rectangles (approx. 12 x 3 cm). Place on a plate of oven covered with parchment paper.

Brush the dough with egg yolk, then drop the Tartar® along on the edge. 

Roll the dough and solder the edge. 

Brush the top with egg yolk, sprinkle with flaxseed. 

Put the Fingers to Bake 15/18 min (200 ° C, th.6).
