Plum pie



Plum pie

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Ingredients (for 6 people):

-1 ready-made pie crust

-1 kg of plums

-1 tablespoon of soft butter for pan

-100 g sugar

-2 tablespoons of flour

-3 eggs

-20 cl of fresh cream (a small carton) 


Preparation of the recipe:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (thermostat 6).

Prick the bottom of the pie after putting in a mold.

Put the demi-prunes on the bottom of the pie.

Beat the eggs with the sugar, flour and cream.

Pour over plums and cook for 1/2 hour.


Remarks:

Very easy to make and always successful!
