Linguini with clams



Linguini with clams

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients (for 4 people):

-600 g of wedge or shells or small clams

-500 g of linguine

-4 to 6 beautiful garlic (depending on the taste of each...) 

-1 glass of dry white wine, not too "mineral"

-40 g butter

-4 tablespoons coarsely chopped parsley

-olive oil

-salt, pepper




Preparation of the recipe:

ADVA the garlic and chop; a good background of olive oil over medium heat in a skillet, put the shells and stir to "wet" in oil; Add the wine, butter, garlic, salt and pepper generously. 

When the shells open, add the parsley, stir, reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes, then cover and book. 

Cook the pasta (see cooking times on the package, but surely in the 10-12 minutes). 

Mix with shells in "délayant" with 2 or 3 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water, warm over low heat a few minutes, then serve. 

Yum...
