INGREDIENTS
4 apples
250 g flour
2 eggs
25 cl of milk
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tip of cinnamon
sugar
1 pinch of salt
frying oil
PREPARATION
STEP 1
In a bowl, put the flour and the salt. Make a well in the middle and break 1 egg, mix well with a wooden spoon by incorporating little by little the flour. When the egg is mixed, then add the second by practicing in the same way. Add sunflower oil and milk always stirring until a dough well smooth. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let rest the dough for 1 hour.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, Peel the apples, remove the core and cut it into thick slices. Roll them in the sugar mixed with cinnamon and then dip them in the batter and plunge them immediately into the hot frying oil.
STEP 3
Drain on paper towels and serve immediately
