Shrimps on saffron cream



INGREDIENTS

8 raw shrimp

4 tbsp of thick cream

1 clove of garlic

2 teaspoon saffron

1 pinch of curry

1 tbsp of olive oil

salt, pepper




PREPARATION

STEP 1

Shell the shrimp. Heat the oil in a skillet and FRY your shrimp with the clove of garlic minced, about 5 minutes.

STEP 2

Meanwhile, mix the cream with saffron and curry powder salt and pepper. Stir well and using a pocket at sleeve, arrange in a big nut in spoons aperitifs.

STEP 3

Then put a shrimp on each of the spoons by standing up in a harmonious way. Serve in hot or cold drinks.
