Lebanese Tabbouleh in 15 min


INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup of bourghol (bulgur)

2 boots of flat parsley

4 sprigs of fresh mint

4 green onions with their green stems

3 medium tomatoes

the juice of 2 lemons

1/4 cup of olive oil

salt and black pepper





PREPARATION

STEP 1

Bathe the bourghol (cracked wheat) in the water and let stand for 10 minutes.

STEP 2

Chop the parsley and Mint very finely.

STEP 3

Chop the onions with their green stems.

STEP 4

Cut the tomatoes into very small dice.

STEP 5

Put all the chopped ingredients in a large bowl.

STEP 6

Add the bourghol, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.

STEP 7

Mix well and serve with salad leaves and slices of lemon.
