Birthday cake




Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 60 minutes

Ingredients (for 10 people):

-300 g flour

-300 g sugar

-4 large eggs (egg whites)

-1 or 2 packets of vanilla sugar

-1 packet of baking powder

-1 glass of milk

-1 glass of oil


Preparation of the recipe:

Mix the egg yolks and sugar to obtain a white mixture.

Add little by little milk glass, the glass oil, yeast, then the flour.

Beat the egg whites very firm, then delicately add them.
