Chaplains to nuts of saint-Jacques






Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes

Ingredients (for 4 people):

-4 leeks

-200 g of prawns

-20 nuts of st jacques

-filo dough

-semi-liquid cream

-oil



Preparation of the recipe:

Get a fondue of leeks in cream and peeled shrimp. 

Cook st jacques nuts in a skillet.

Spread 3 sheets of filo dough, oil them with a brush.

Put at the center of a big tablespoon of fondue of leeks with prawns and drop around and on top 5 coconut st jacques. 

Close the purses with a link and cook in the oven (Th 7, 210 ° C) for 15-20 minutes. 

Present on individual plates with salad, cherry tomatoes and quail eggs.

Recommended drink:
