Chaplains to nuts of saint-Jacques


Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 4 minutes

Ingredients (for 4 people):

-20 raw scampi

-Santiago 12 nuts with their coral

-1 tablespoon of lemon juice

-2 tablespoons of Cognac

-2 tablespoons of oil

-1 teaspoon of thyme

-50 g of butter

-salt and pepper


Preparation of the recipe:

Shell the prawns.

Marinate scallops and langoustines in the mixture of lemon juice, Cognac, oil, thyme, salt and pepper for an hour. 

Prepare 4 skewers, alternating on each 5 lobsters and 3 nuts to Santiago.

Grill 4 minutes, turning them frequently.

Bring the marinade to a boil. Off the heat, add the butter cut into cubes with a whisk.

Top the skewers with sauce and serve immediately.
