Dome of salmon



Dome of salmon


Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Ingredients (for 2 people):

-1 slab of salmon

-4 slices of smoked salmon

-onions very finely

-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

For assistance:-

salad

-cherry tomatoes

-lemon 

- cheese 

- lemon



Preparation of the recipe:

Predict 2 ramekins

Cook pad in the microwave after the have salted and peppered (5 minutes). 

Crumble the pad taking care to remove the bones. 

Combine mayonnaise and minced onion and crumbled salmon. 

Line the ramekin of 2 slices of smoked salmon (attention take care to cover the ramekin) if the slices are more than we can rabattres at the end. 

Put the preparation in the ramekins. 

Fold the ends of smoked salmon if they exceed. 

Cover with paper adaptors. 

Refrigerate for 24 hours. 

Unmold the dome and have around Paysan salad, slices of lemons, small cherry tomatoes. 

Accompany with lemon cheese sauce that you apply on the dome before serving.

Remarks:

Very easy to make recipe, it is delicious and it's full effect.
