Foie gras brioche



Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients (for 4 people):

-4 Paris buns

-100 g of foie gras cooked





Preparation of the recipe:

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C (thermostat 5).

Warm up 5 minutes buns.

Introduce a piece of foie gras (cooked) cold. 

Place in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
