Sand goat muesli




Sand goat muesli

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes


-250 g of Granola (muesli without sugar added bio Bjorg)

-160 g of flour

-1 egg

-120 g of goat (goat log type)

-90 g butter

-1 pinch of salt

-1/2 sachet of yeast 




Preparation of the recipe:

Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (thermostat 7).

Cut the log of goat into small pieces and set aside.

In a bowl, mix the muesli, flour, yeast and salt. 

Make the butter or soften at room temperature. 

In a bowl, beat the egg and add it to the mixture to the dry ingredients. 

Add the melted butter and mix well. Stir the goat pieces to prepare. 

Shape small balls of pasta in the hands and arrange them well spread on a plate cooking previously covered with baking paper.

Slightly flatten small balls of dough with the Palm of the hand.

Bake 15 minutes watching the cooking. 

When edges color cookies are ready. 

Let cool before serving.
