Zoodles / Zucchini spaghetti




Zoodles / Zucchini spaghetti


Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes


-6 Zucchini

-a few pluches parsley

-8 or 10 cherry tomatoes

-1 teaspoon of olive oil soup

-2 cloves of garlic

-1 pinch of salt

-1 pinch of salt

-1 pinch of pepper



 Preparation of the recipe:

Using a mandolin or a julienne, make Zucchini spaghetti (the amount is impressive but it will cut the cooking).

Finely chop the garlic.

Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in 2.

In a skillet, Saute garlic, parsley and tomatoes with a bit of olive oil. 

Add the zoodles and Cook 10-15 minutes, stirring regularly. Season with salt and pepper.
