Chicken Satay Skewers




Chicken Satay Skewers

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes


-4 chicken breasts

-2 tablespoons of soy sauce

-2 tablespoons of honey or brown sugar

-4 tablespoons of powder with peanut (to do this move a handful of peanuts in a blender) 

- 6 tablespoons of peanut oil

-1 clove of garlic

-2 tablespoons of cilantro

-pepper




Preparation of the recipe:

Cut the chicken into strips. 

In a blender, put the soy, honey (or sugar), powder peanut, garlic, cilantro and peanut powder and mix it all. 

In a dish, put your chicken strips and pour the sauce obtained. Marinate at least 2 hours (the best is to do at night for the next day noon). 

After marinade, thread your strips on Pikes to skewer and cook in the 2 tablespoons of remaining oil. 

Serve with basmati rice. 

Enjoy your meal.

Remarks:

Without wine, a light beer (Pilsner) of Asian origin.
