Simple chocolate cake









INGREDIENTS


Pour le gâteau:


80 g de farine Suprême

125 g de chocolat pâtissier

125 g de beurre

125 g de sucre

3 oeufs

1 sachet de levure

1 pincée de sel

Pour la chantilly:


20 cl de crème liquide entière (bien froide)

1 sachet de fixe chantilly

1 sachet de sucre vanillé




PREPARATION Simple chocolate cake


STEP 1

Preheat oven th.6 (180 ° C).

STEP 2

Separate whites from the yolks.

STEP 3

Turn out still hot, wait a few hours before enjoy it.

STEP 6

Prepare whipped cream by beating (very cold) liquid cream with a whisk for 1 min. Add the vanilla sugar and fixed chantilly bag.

STEP 7
