This recipe is offered by Dominique Boute, nutritionist and founder of my regimeperso.fr. Calorie for 1 person: 55 kcal


INGREDIENTS

200 g of uncooked prawns

30 cl. coconut milk

2 onions

1 tbsp of fish stock

20 cl. liquid cream reduced 5% mg

1 clove of garlic

20 g of ginger into small sticks

tarragon

Basil

the lemon juice and zests

salt and pepper




PREPARATION

STEP 1

Prepare the shrimp: Shell them.

STEP 2

Peel the garlic clove and press.

STEP 3

Put the coconut milk in a saucepan with 50 cl. water. Bring to the boil. Pour in the ginger, lemon zest, pressed garlic, fish broth and shrimp. Cook 20 minutes over low heat
.
STEP 4

Peel and chop the onions finely.

STEP 5

When cooked, add onions axes, cream, tarragon and finely chopped Basil and lemon juice.

STEP 6

Then pour in plates by spreading shrimp.
