INGREDIENTS
1 pineapple
20 ml pineapple juice
4 eggs
5 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp of sweetener
1 tbsp rum
margarine (to grease the dish)
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Preheat oven th.5 (150 ° C) for 10 minutes.
STEP 2
Remove the skin of the pineapple and cut into quarters. Have these neighborhoods in the bottom of a pan from the oven and lightly greased.
STEP 3
Separate the whites from the yolks and beat the whites firm.
STEP 4
In a bowl, beat with the Whisk egg yolks and sweetener.
STEP 5
Add rain gradually the cornflour and gently, then the egg whites.
STEP 6
Pour this mixture directly over the neighborhoods of pineapple and bake 40 minutes.
STEP 7
At the exit of the oven pour directly on the cake the rum mixed with pineapple juice.
STEP 8
Remove from pan and turn the cake on a plate.
