INGREDIENTS
1 bunch of green asparagus
8 radishes
2 carrots
3 onions new
1 clove of garlic
3 tablespoon (s) olive oil or 3 tablespoon (s) cider vinegar
5 branches of mint pepper
PREPARATION
1. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash, dry and finely chop the Mint.
2. clean the vegetables and onions, then cut them into julienne strips using a peeler.
3. mix olive oil, vinegar, garlic, mint, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add vegetables and onions, and mix.
