Wednesday

Thursday
Fruits, even bananas (maximum 3), skim milk (80cl) and soups at will.
Friday
500 g of lean meat (type skinless chicken), 500 g of fresh tomatoes, soup and drink 1.5 L of water (facilitates the removal of uric acid found in meat).
Saturday
Program: vegetables, meats and soup at will (ex: steak steak-salad lunch and dinner in the morning).
Sunday
You can make 1 serving of wholegrain rice, fruit or 100% fruit juice, vegetables and of course, soup.
